We're based in Key West and serve the surrounding Lower Keys — Stock Island, Key Haven, Big Coppitt Key, Geiger Key, Sugarloaf Key, and Cudjoe Key. Availability depends on location and project scope, so include your location and we'll confirm honestly.
Weekly and biweekly schedules are most common for lawn care, with custom rhythms for other services. We'll recommend a cadence based on how your property grows and how it's used.

We communicate. If rain or wind pushes a service day, we'll let you know when the crew is coming instead. We are not an emergency storm-response service, but routine cleanup of fallen fronds and branches is part of regular service.
Billing and payment terms are confirmed with your estimate. Recurring services are typically billed on a regular cycle, and project work is scoped and agreed before it begins — no surprises after the fact.
